UK
- All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post.
Tracking information is not available for this service. - You can also choose Tracked 24 Postage from the service list - the cost will appear in your order summary.
Most products listed in our shop include FREE UK POSTAGE - apart from a few heavy/bulky items, for which the delivery cost is clearly marked.
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order, and most are sent on the same day, so most customers receive their orders within one or two days of placing them.
First Class post usually arrives on the next day, but this is not guaranteed. We find that almost all of our orders arrive the day after we post them, and further delays are rare (Royal Mail official statistic is 93% next day delivery). Please be patient at busy times, especially around Christmas and New Year, when post may take a little longer. If there is a long delay in receiving your item, please contact us and we will investigate.
On rare occasions, we may not be able to post in this time frame, in which case we will contact you.
Your delivery costs will be shown in your basket as you make an order - if you have not logged in or are checking out as a guest, select your country from the list and the correct amount will appear. If your selected country does not match your address, dispatch of your order may be delayed.
International Orders

European Countries
All orders to European countries can be sent by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked.

The shipping cost is calculated by weight.
